Typically, you will need to provide proof of income, either in the form of current paystubs or a letter from your employer. A good credit rating will also be required along with a full credit report. Having a hard copy of your credit report before starting the process is often helpful as rental properties often move quickly and it can take some time to obtain a copy of your report.
Yes – a standard rental application will be required that includes your current and past addresses, references, employment details etc.
Yes – a typical leasing contract will run for 12 months.
Like most lease agreements, first and last months rent are usually required.
